To reserve, please email with your choice of dates (use week 'W' number to indicate the dates of choice).

Deadline for any course is one week before the course starts. You have to allow time for yourself to get the maps and instruments you're going to use for the course.

Please make sure you're ready to pay 25% as downpayment when asked. Your reservation will be replied to by a confirmation email with 'confirmed seat' in the subject line (please ask if you don't get it, sometimes emails are lots on the way)

The response email to you will notify you of where to buy maps and compass, in addition to other specific information about course location and what to expect.

• Dates are subject to a minimum enrolment number.

• Lectures by evening start 6:30pm and end 10:30pm with 2 brief tea breaks.

• Course fees cover lectures place rentals, instruction fees and materials (excluding your instruments and maps), breaks, and a whole day of the fieldtrip instruction once you're there (your car, gas, etc. are not included in cost). Downpayment may be required.

• Fieldtrip date may be agreed upon by end of the course. A day 4x4 safari that includes exercises, exploration fun, and picnic somewhere in the Eastern Desert not very far from Cairo.
